This sets out the conditions of xsmoke.com/en. Please note that on the xsmoke.com/en website the terms, guarantees and practices are in accordance with European laws for Sale of Goods.

Ordering

Once you have completed an order, you will receive an email giving details of the products you have purchased.

You should be aware that this email is NOT a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement is reached.

It is only an electronic response from our system confirming your entry. As a consequence, we have the option to cancel your order if the error is due to printing errors, typing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, or similar situations.

Contract / Invoice

When you trade as a customer on xsmoke.com/en you will receive an auto-reply stating what has been ordered, the shipping address, and all personal data. Thereafter your order will be handled by EECD. When the order is sent, an original receipt will be sent with the product. This notice will serve as the product's proof of purchase.

Payment

EECD accepts payment by credit card.

EECD encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery

We deliver to you within 3-5 working days. On weekends or holidays, delivery may take longer.

Free shipping on orders over £34,99.

For orders under £34,99 there will be a fee of £5,95 to cover the shipping charges.

Quality Guarantee:

Should the unlikely event of a product defect occur, we kindly ask you to return the product(s) to us. The product will then be used for research and development for future products. We will of course compensate by sending new products*. The return costs are paid by the customer. 

Age limit

A requirement for buying xsmoke® products from xsmoke.com and all related pages and sub pages is that the customer is at least 18 years old. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information when ordering.

*if it turns out that the product is not broken, but simply empty / used up, there will be given no compensation. The products will, if desired by the customer, be send back without charge.
 

Warranty - Applies only to physical goods

As a customer, you have the right to complain about a product that has defects that were present when the goods were sold. The warranty is for 2 years and covers manufacturing and material defects. If you wish to make a complaint, it should be done within 2 months after a fault or defect in a product is discovered. Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt.

Returns - Only physical goods

You as a customer have 14 days to cancel, when your goods are ordered through xsmoke.com/en.
Please note that postage is not refundable upon cancellation of purchase.
All returns must be processed by EECD, BEFORE goods are returned.

You must contact customer service before returning goods. There must be attached a copy of the invoice/order confirmation, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code.
The product must be shipped to EECD within 14 days after you receive it.
You will receive the money within 60 days upon returning the goods, if the goods are in original condition.
